Overview: Company X was experiencing significant turnover. Feedback from departing staff led to the belief that improving the onboarding program could significantly reduce this. The new onboarding program needed to be more engaging, connecting, and meaningful.

Analysis: An updated program and platform was needed to support new hires in the onboarding process by increasing multi-level support, the presentation of valuable information, and thoughtful engagement throughout the onboarding program.

Design: Create an onboarding program that enables culture building, demonstrates empathy, and increases supportive relations for new hires. This required that a new platform and program be created from the ground up with special attention to the pre-work, workshops and post-work training experiences.

Development: Coordinate with SMEs on essential knowledge for project success, survey and interview recent hires, use existing and create new content - then partner with key stakeholders to ensure timely communication with new hires

Evaluation: Measure feedback from those who were onboarded, 93% found this program and platform to be successful or very successful, iterate and improve further based on feedback
